Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and performance of our products. However, if you encounter an issue that can’t be resolved or if a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We might offer a partial refund based on the situation.
Our Support Team will first attempt to resolve any issues before processing a refund. In some instances, we may provide a solution instead.

To proceed with a refund, your request must satisfy these conditions:

  • No refunds after 14 days from the purchase date.
  • You must have tried the product, finding it unsuitable for your business or setup.
  • You must have engaged with our support team to troubleshoot.
  • Upon receiving a refund, you must agree to stop using the product and deactivate it.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we deem it necessary.
  • Refund requests should be made via a support ticket.

Why A Refund Might Be Denied

  • The product functions as described with no defects.
  • Purchases made during sales or special promotions.
  • Problems caused by third-party software.
  • If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or if you’ve changed your mind.
  • Accidental purchases, insufficient expertise, or requests for goodwill.
  • Issues preventing basic functionality might be considered for refund.

On subscription renewals, you get a 30-day notice. Refunds are impossible if you don’t cancel via the Freemius Dashboard before automatic billing.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Transaction fees from card networks and payment partners are not refunded.
  • By buying our product, you agree to this policy and waive any rights to dispute it legally.

Warranty

Products are provided “as-is” without quality warranties. We’re not liable for any product flaws or damages.

Support Policy

At WPExperts, we’re confident in our solutions. If you face issues, open a ticket for support, available only to those with active licenses. Free or expired licenses don’t qualify for support.

Refund Policy from Paypal

As of May 7, 2019, PayPal no longer refunds seller fees when you issue a refund.
